Established as a beacon of therapeutic excellence in Malaysia.
Kidsogenius was founded in 2010 by Ms. Siow Yee Kuan, Cheryl a dedicated Speech-Language Therapist.
Beginning as a center focused on addressing speech and language impediments, Kidsogenius has expanded its horizons, now offering speech-language therapy, occupational therapy and various therapeutic and educational programs for children with special needs across Cheras, Damansara and Subang Jaya.
Our early intervention and special education programs are designed to empower pre-schoolers and school-aged children with developmental delays and learning disabilities, setting them on a path to independence in adulthood.

About Our Founder
Ms. Siow Yee Kuan (Ms. Cheryl)
Born in Malaysia in 1984, Ms. Cheryl has been a beacon of dedication and expertise in the field of pediatric Speech-Language Therapy since 2008. With a bachelor degree in Speech Science from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and a passion for holistic treatment, she founded Kidsogenius in 2010. Her journey, however, has been marked by numerous accolades, contributions, and affiliations.
2015
Recognized by the Speech Science Program of National University of Malaysia (UKM) as a “Distinguished Alumni” (Alumni Tersohor) for her contributions to the field.
2023
Appointed by the Department of Speech Science and Audiology of UKM as a clinical supervisor, providing invaluable training to the next generation of speech science students.
Since 2008
An active member of the Malaysian Association of Speech and Hearing (MASH).
2010-2014
Served on the executive board of MASH, contributing her expertise to guide and shape the association's initiatives and directions.
2009
"What is Speech and Language Therapy" at Early Steps Care Centre.
2011
Delivered talks at SJK (C) Sam Yoke and Pendidikan Khas Integrasi SJK (C) Salak South.
2012
"Tuning in and Tuning Out: Managing Behaviors in Children with Speech-Language Challenges" at SJK (C) Sam Yoke.
2013
"Prompt the Speech Out: Teachers and Parents Training" at SJK (C) Sam Yoke.
2015
Interviewed by Ms. Pravena for “Her World” magazine on "How to Improve Speech and Language Skills in Kids".
2017
Featured on "Helo Doktor", a renowned TV program on TV3, Malaysia, discussing speech and language delay in young children.
2019
Collaborated with Sunway Specialist Centre Kota Damansara to organize "The extra-Aut-inary Day", an event aimed at raising public awareness about autism. During this event, Ms. Cheryl delivered a talk titled "Developing Language Skills in Children with Autism".
2023
Interviewed by Britishpedia journalist for their 6th edition of encyclopedia entitled "Successful People in Malaysia and Singapore", showcasing her journey and expertise.
Ms. Cheryl's commitment to her field is evident in her continuous efforts to raise awareness, educate, and contribute to the betterment of speech and language therapy in Malaysia. Her dedication has not only shaped Kidsogenius but has also left an indelible mark on the broader community.
